Job Summary

The Customer Service Sample Representative (CSSR) will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, receiving reputed company laboratory samples into the LIMS system, receiving reputed company laboratory supplies, and coordinating customer pickups. This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility in schedule due to the department's needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet visitors, reputed company the nature of their business, and escort them to the appropriate personnel.

• Answer telephone calls, provide information to callers, and/or reputed company calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Receive and secure reputed company incoming laboratory samples mailed or collected through courier services or customer drop-off.
• Enter laboratory worksheet/sample submission form information into LIMS.
• Maintain contact with customers and work with the laboratory team for any customer communication.
• Receive and disseminate reputed company inbound laboratory supplies to applicable laboratory departments.
• reputed company 100% reputed company checks on daily paperwork for ISO compliance.
• Support the laboratory by creating purchase orders and placing orders for the laboratory.
• Coordinate and communicate reputed company customer courier stops and pick-reputed company.
• Support the laboratory operations and customers by picking up and dropping off samples and supplies, reputed company needed.
• Responsible for filing and keeping documents organized.
• Extensive database entry and support the laboratory operations by performing any administrative and clerical duties, including customer certificates.
• Assist in other assigned duties as needed.

Schedule

The ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule, with a typical need for afternoon surge of incoming samples from 1 pm to 7 pm. Availability to work weekends will be required.

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or GED; an AA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, or Chemistry is preferred.
