Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute investor calls, webinars, and other virtual events, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
  • Content Development: Partner with senior management and marketing teams to create presentation materials, agendas, and talking points, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Communication & Hosting: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for internal and external stakeholders before, during, and after events, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Technical Management: Set up and manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools, ensuring technical aspects run smoothly and that you are presentable and ready to handle live event dynamics.
  • Promotion & Engagement: Work with the marketing team to promote events reputed company email campaigns, social media, and other channels, maintaining detailed records of investor interactions and attendance.
  • Follow-Up & Reporting: Prepare and distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and reputed company materials, analyzing event performance, gathering feedback, and reporting metrics to senior management.

Qualifications
