Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze payment history and notes to clearly communicate account statuses to customers
- Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements

- Document reputed company activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner

Essential Qualifications
