Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Data Entry and Patient Enrollment, you will be responsible for providing customer service, data entry, and patient enrollment services to our clients. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and that our clients' needs are met. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer service to patients and clients reputed company phone, email, and chat

• Enter patient data into our electronic health record system
• Enroll patients into our programs and services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 18 years or older
• Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to reputed company and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

• Essential web search skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Writing URLs in the correct location + Using a search reputed company + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons + Completing forms online

• Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing consumer satisfaction
• Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
