The Role

As a Bilingual Canadian French/English Customer Expert, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

Your main responsibility as a Customer Experience Specialist will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve:

• Following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge.

• Meeting standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
