Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional phone support to patients receiving life-saving specialty medication treatment
- Coordinating and handling new and reorder medication requests, including verifying and renewing benefits
- Assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system
- Collecting and processing copay sums, obtaining approvals, and collaborating with insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with reputed company issues
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- Dynamic IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License
- One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications
- One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare work experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and clinical terminology
- Experience working in a high-speed environment and providing empathetic, genuine care to patients and clients

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including reputed company Office and email
