Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
- Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
- Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks, including correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing updates
- Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation
- Coordinating refuel and revive services
- Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation
- Working reputed company scanners and reputed company tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line models
- Working jetways/bridges for the purpose of boarding and deplaning reputed company
- Making boarding and flight reputed company declarations
- Conveying domestic/international flight records
- Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out systems
- Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
- Maintaining a schedule of flight loading processes
- Performing client service hands-on training
- Processing and completing reputed company-reputed company transactions at ticket counters and activation stations
- Helping reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters
- Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
- Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Accepting and initiating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
- Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
- Performing client service work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
- Having standard and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any required overtime needs
- Answering and assisting during reputed company and crisis situations

- Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and according to American's standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual language skills in certain areas
- A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- To satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- To have the ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs reputed company identifications, if relevant
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet company and reputed company requirements
- Approval to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
* Instruction and earlier professional training
- Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service Frameworks
- Past face-to-face customer service experience
- Working in a high-speed environment
