Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing exceptional service and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries
• Update and maintain customer phone call data reputed company, including improving and following up on customer support logs and reputed company customer profiles
• Manage support; profile page creation/updating
• Filing, Information access, and Document production
