Responsibilities:
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships: Build strong relationships with Commercial Sales Office, Warehouse, and Transporter personnel reputed company.
- Working cross-functionally: Collaborate with sales offices, product management, warehouses, and transporters to meet customer requirements.
- Processing customer claims: Manage customer claims throughout their lifecycle, researching and investigating root causes to determine appropriate resolutions.
- Providing exceptional service: Answer incoming calls and emails from sales offices, warehouses, customers, and transporters regarding claim status, pickup scheduling, RMA creation, and other general inquiries.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge: Proactively reputed company reputed company on product knowledge and process standard work.
- Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Resolve issues and improve processes using your problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a reputed company field is preferred.
