Key Responsibilities
As a remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond in a collaborative and engaging environment
- Interacting with people from reputed company walks of life, and no two days will be the same
- Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines

- Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
- Supporting policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- Minimum subscribed download reputed company equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload reputed company equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
