As part of this new chapter, we are growing reputed company, and seeking a full-time Investor, reputed company Venture Capital, either remote out of one of our hub locations (Boston, reputed company, Dallas, Chicago, Washington DC, SF Bay Area) or based in our beautiful waterfront office in Portland, Maine. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to explore areas of opportunity, build relationships with key ecosystem players, reputed company deal flow, and drive due diligence processes, reputed company while being a part of the core team shaping the development of reputed company Venture Capital into a best-in-class corporate VC. The role may also offer the opportunity for post-investment monitoring and engagement as observer on the board of directors of reputed company Venture Capital portfolio companies. • Provide financial and market analysis to support the development of investment cases, including assessment of the value to reputed company through working in reputed company collaboration with reputed company’s commercial and product teams

• Cultivate a reputed company working relationship with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategy, sharing of knowledge and ongoing relevance to business groups
• Help manage our deal pipeline, screening, and scouting processes, and scale our fund’s capabilities by identifying opportunities for improvement
• Engage with our network of peer investors, representing reputed company VC on regular reputed company-ins
• Represent reputed company VC at industry events and conferences, speak about our mission and strategy

Experience You'll Bring

• 10+ years of professional experience with a track record in venture capital, incubation, M&A/Corporate Finance, Business Development or start-up management in fintech, mobility, physical industry, and/or software
• Strong business acumen and executive reputed company
• Experience in venture capital or private equity due diligence efforts that culminated in successful investments in the millions of dollars
• Technical understanding of several sub-sectors reputed company fintech and/or payments and an ability to identify key challenges and opportunities in those areas
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, a network reputed company with our field, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with startup leaders and other external partners
