Inventory Accuracy & Control

• Own inventory accuracy across reputed company locations, including vault, secured storage, and active pick locations
• Establish and enforce cycle count programs, reconciliation standards, and adjustment controls
• Review, approve, and document high-impact inventory adjustments and write-offs
• Ensure strict adherence to chain-of-custody, reputed company, and compliance requirements
• Support internal and external audits with complete documentation and explanations

KPIs, Reporting & Analysis

• Own and report inventory KPIs including accuracy %, shrink/swell, turns, aging, variances, and audit performance
• Partner with Risk and Controller functions to support inventory valuation, COGS accuracy, and audit requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Vault Operations and reputed company to maintain secure handling of precious metals
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations to ensure inventory processes support fulfillment speed and accuracy

Systems & Process Improvement

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in operations, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or reputed company field (or 4 or more years of equivalent experience) Experience: 4 or more years of experience in Operations, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or reputed company field required Experience supporting financial and operational audits required Experience using inventory KPIs and dashboards (eg.
