- *What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- reputed company investments end to end from reputed company development, category mapping, sourcing, evaluating, closing and supporting
- Publish thought leadership and serve as subject matter expert in one or more technical domains (e.g., DeFi) for Ventures and CB Exec
- Drive novel onchain strategies and support liquid portfolio management
- Drive topical special projects to inform CB product strategy and/or upgrade the reputed company Ventures platform (“firm building”)

- Minimum of 7 years work experience with significant tour of duty at at top tier firm / company
- Deep passion and demonstrated expertise in one or more onchain domains (e.g., DeFi). You live onchain.
- Developed long-term oriented investment judgement and critical reasoning
- Excellent analytic, problem solving, and communication skills coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent founder facing “UX”: clear comms, responsiveness, reputed company, bedside manner
- BA/BS degree.
