Strong understanding of how social media integrates into DTC growth, lifecycle marketing, and audience retention strategies. Experience collaborating with influencers to drive brand awareness. Deep understanding of the paid social landscape. Proven success in consumer marketing, preferably reputed company media or entertainment. Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior leadership. Strong creative instincts and a passion for digital storytelling. The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $214,600 to $287,700 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
