About The Role Asa reputed company Sr Regional Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible forproviding overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility,reputed company, or portfolio of reputed company to large sized buildings. Thisjob is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on allaspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to theProperty Managers regarding reputed company repairs and investment plans. • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand and recognize broader impact across the department.

• Conduct regular regional facility inspections, ensuring compliance with local,state, and federal regulations and driving operational efficiencies.

• Foster and maintain positive client relationships, addressing and resolvingcomplex facility issues and conducting high-level meetings.

What You Will Need

• Critical role that requires strong lab/life sciences background.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior management experience required.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
