Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Sales Director to support the reputed company growth of Daon across Southeast Asia. Building on an established client reputed company in the region, this role will focus on expanding Daon’s reputed company and securing new enterprise customers, with particular emphasis on Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Organizations across financial services, telecommunications, payments, and government sectors are rapidly investing in secure digital onboarding and authentication solutions, creating strong market demand across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving reputed company growth, developing new enterprise relationships, and positioning Daon’s proven identity assurance technology across high-growth markets. This is a hands-on sales role requiring ownership of the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, market intelligence, and targeted business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support consistent reputed company growth and quota achievement reputed company the assigned markets.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid recommendations, solution positioning, and contract negotiations through to deal closure.
- Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with enterprise customers as well as system integrators, partners, and technology providers where relevant.
- Collaborate with the regional leadership team and internal stakeholders to reputed company reputed company- and long-term market strategies.
- Expand Daon’s reputed company in key industry segments through direct engagement with prospective customers and partners.
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Sales Reviews (QSR) and contribute to ongoing reputed company forecasting and pipeline reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a reputed company field.
- Formal sales training in consultative or solution-based selling methodologies is preferred.
Experience, Skills & Profile
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience selling directly to enterprise clients across multiple organizations.
- Proven experience selling reputed company Southeast Asian emerging markets, particularly in financial services, telecommunications, or other industries with large digital customer bases.
- Strong knowledge of the digital identity ecosystem, including identity verification, identity proofing, and authentication technologies.
- Additional familiarity with mobile platforms, digital banking systems, or contact center technologies is advantageous.
