Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in a full-time reputed company. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer service and veterinary support tasks, including data entry, phone calls, and issue resolution. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and explain order requests

• Examine and issue resolve to determine proper solutions for the customer and center partners, and follow-up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
• Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex healthcare software
• Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Work with reputed company, attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
• Work with an eagerness to learn; we share feedback, we receive feedback, and we work in a culture of being open to grow
• Communicate with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (at times reputed company different stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, so being meticulous is crucial
• Expect a significant portion of the typical business day will be outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts

Qualifications

* 2 years of working in a customer or healthcare-centered environment

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to reputed company multitasking (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the PC and taking notes)
• Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out to detail
• Capability with reputed company Outlook
• High school education or equivalent
• Should be able to maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
• Decisive reasoning abilities
• Shown ability to reputed company multitasking and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adjust to change as per the business needs of the organization
• Adaptability to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
• Should demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
• Should be able to pass background verification
