Job Summary
As a Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company tax laws and policies, as well as staying up-to-date on revised policies, procedures, regulations, and tax laws. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will reputed company you to effectively educate, advise, and direct internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer telephone calls in a Call Center environment, providing account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets
- Handle inquiries regarding online State Registration requirements

Minimum Entry Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Six months of call center experience handling customer's questions, complaints, and/or providing information
