Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients while working in a fast-paced, remote environment. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, or chat

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
• Ability to analyze digital upgrades to provide a reputed company client experience
• Business industry experience
• Knowledge of investment terminology
• Contact center experience
• A BS/BA degree or higher
