Online Chat Representative – Customer Support & Sales (Part-time)

About the Role:

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Your goal will be to help people find the information they need and process their orders successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate support to customers

• Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to drive sales and reputed company growth
• Use social media to engage with customers and provide support
• Work independently, following instructions and guidelines to ensure high-quality service
• Utilize the Squarespace platform to manage chat conversations and provide support
• Collaborate with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Proficiency in social media and website chat functions, with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly
• Reliable internet reputed company and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
