Job Description
As an Online Chat Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing our online chat and customer engagement strategies. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our customers, drive sales, and enhance our overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat and customer engagement initiatives

- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk
- Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
- Bachelor's degree in eCommerce or Web Marketing, with an MBA an added advantage
