Job Overview
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Associate to join our hybrid team, working remotely and in-office in Denver, CO. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing support through live chat, email, and phone. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, answer product usage questions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our users. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone, resolving technical issues and answering product usage questions
- Collaborating with other teams, including Sales, reputed company, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure quality interactions and promote the voice of the customer
- Reporting technical issues and logging tickets with accurate information to provide a full record of each issue and resolution

Minimum Qualifications
