Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager – Regional reputed company at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring clients reputed company maximum value from arenaflex's sustainability software
• Guiding customers through the implementation process and providing ongoing support
• Managing reputed company programs, driving adoption and value realization
• Helping customers understand and use the product for business outcomes
• Managing a portfolio of clients, maximizing value from tools and services
• Owning implementation success of large customers, helping them reputed company their goals
• Leading and supporting reputed company Associates and Coordinators in the Americas region

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of CSM experience in a SaaS organization
• 3-5 years of experience managing reputed company customer engagements
• 3-5 years of Program and Project Management Experience
• A track record of success building relationships, especially with strategic customers
• The ability to ask the right questions to understand people's underlying needs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extremely organized, with the ability to balance multiple priorities across various customers
• A highly customer-focused, proactive learner, with a passion for reputed company
• A commitment to living a culture of teamwork, quality, growth, drive to action, and excellence
• Ability to travel up to 10%+ for meetings and training
