Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and placing orders for customers
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using established guidelines and best practices

Qualifications
