Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls, and providing expert guidance on our diverse range of insurance products. You will be responsible for:
- Interfacing with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
- Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues
- Elevating sensitive customer requests reputed company necessary

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred)
- Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length
- Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace
The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:
- Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the health insurance industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Training and Development
* 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Central Time Zone)
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure you stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex products
Work Schedule
* After training, you will be required to work any 8.5-hour shift between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (Central Time Zone), Monday to Friday
