The Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, providing expert guidance and support to customers regarding their warranty and ancillary products. Your primary goal will be to educate and reputed company customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with arenaflex.
