Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Forging connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business
- Skillfully reviewing, validating, and processing customer transactions with accuracy, including reputed company cashing, money transfer, and customer payments
- Proactively maximizing reputed company by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle
- Entering and maintaining customer information with precision and reputed company into a reputed company-of-Sale (POS) system
- Building new business by completing inbound and outbound call campaigns daily
- Assisting in customer account management and collections by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments
- Maintaining internal and external store appearance and meeting cleanliness standards to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining office reputed company protocols and conducting proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer
- Upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures, and reputed company relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Engaging in ongoing training and remaining updated on our evolving products and processes
- Working reputed company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and effectively navigating multiple tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and peers
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phone, reputed company of Sale, reputed company Office, and other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Background reputed company required (subject to applicable law)
- Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and reputed company of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not required, experience in reputed company cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing, prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued.

Compensation
The reputed company pay for this position is $20.00/hr. The compensation listed represents only the reputed company pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of the arenaflex Total Compensation package.
