Job Summary

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional reputed company experiences by providing timely and effective support for maintenance service requests, reputed company questions, and concerns. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, technicians, and project site team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Receive emergency and non-emergency service requests reputed company online, email, or calls from residents, and handle reputed company calls, including troubleshooting and scheduling reputed company service request needs.
• Identify repeat, reoccurring, or outstanding requests and take appropriate action to escalate and resolve.
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
• Create work orders and reputed company accordingly.
• Schedule work orders, ensuring reputed company work orders are processed in a timely manner to include online work orders and voicemails.
• Monitor voicemails and ensure calls are returned and queues are cleared by the end of each day.
• Handle customer questions and concerns regarding service requests.

• Provide scheduling support for Deployed Spouses Program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
