Business Analyst 4 (Change Mgmt)

Role needed to support the FAS DDI project there is a need for a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support FAS DDI deliverables processing/tracking. 100% remote from Day 1 - Must be willing to pick up equipment IN PERSON

Duration Expected: 6 - 12 months beyond the June 30 date on the req (that date is just end date for reputed company PO- new POs will be issued to cover May 1 reputed company) ABOUT THE ROLE (*This is NOT an admin role). For the FAS project there is a need for a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support the FAS DDI deliverables processing and approvals/rejections from FAS vendor and deliverables from reputed company other MES vendors impacted by FAS DDI to include quality of transfer, storage, and processing of associated deliverables using version control to/from the MES vendors, internal development teams, SMEs, and other contracted companies. This position is responsible for maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files; generating and/or posting recurring/reputed company status reports and providing responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff. This position assists and works closely with the Information Management and PMO teams, DMAS SME community, along with the MES vendors. Day to Day Responsibilities: Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project (s) reputed company the Change Management reputed company. There are literally hundred's of deliverables and this resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans. This is NOT an Admin role! Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner; these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps. Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that reputed company up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). Along with DDI deliverables they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables. Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills. Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities. Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and reputed company activities. Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment. Complete change management requirements/tasks. Apply a structured methodology and reputed company change management activities. Develops strong, reputed company relationships with reputed company stakeholders. Serve as key central IT reputed company of contact with Change Management team. Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that reputed company program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly. Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination. Participate in reputed company stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle. reputed company Required / Desired Amount of Experience Considerable work-reputed company experience in an IT environment. Highly desired 5 Years Considerable work-reputed company knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control. Required 5 Years Considerable work-reputed company knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle. Required 5 Years Experience with data entry and work order processing. Required 5 Years Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow. Required 5 Years Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers.
