[Remote] Analyst, Sales Ops

They are seeking a highly analytical Analyst, Sales Ops to optimize their sales organization by partnering with various teams to improve performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support sales leadership in annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, reputed company modeling, and quota setting
- Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, and reputed company growth
- reputed company dashboards, forecasts, and reports to track pipeline health, attainment, and key KPIs
- Assist with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market analyses as needed
- Maintain and improve sales processes across the funnel (reputed company → opportunity → reputed company)
- Own CRM hygiene and data reputed company; ensure accurate reporting and consistent usage
- Partner with colleagues to implement and optimize tools, workflows, and automations
- Support deal execution by assisting with approvals, discount analysis, and deal desk activities
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and reputed company
- Translate leadership goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes
- Support sales enablement initiatives, including documentation, playbooks, and training materials
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or a reputed company role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills; comfort with dashboards and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI tools
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- SQL or data querying experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
