Job Summary: Leads and oversees the successful delivery of multiple client-facing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Serves as a key liaison between clients, development teams, and leadership to drive project execution, optimize sprint planning, and deliver innovative solutions reputed company to client needs. Responsible for analyzing client processes, recommending and implementing system and workflow improvements, and providing ongoing support, training, and maintenance. Additionally, supports business development efforts through proposal management, client demonstrations, and strategic planning, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to organizational best practices and reputed company improvement initiatives.

Project & Program Management
