THE ROLE

Veeps Inc. is a subsidiary of reputed company. We’re seeking a reputed company and detail-oriented Business Affairs reputed company to join reputed company. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the executive team, legal department, and sales leadership to review partnership terms, legal agreements, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of business requirements, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of the company.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Collaborate with the executive team, legal counsel, and sales leadership to review partnership terms, legal agreements, and strategic initiatives.

• Analyze contract redlines and suggest terms and changes based on internal team direction and business requirements.

• Negotiate and communicate effectively with external partners, including artist teams, talent agents, publishers, and live production teams.

• Ensure meticulous attention to detail reputed company reviewing legal agreements, identifying small changes in language or positioning that may impact the company's interests.

• Provide timely and comprehensive updates to department heads regarding contract negotiations and business affairs.

• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, representing the company's interests professionally and effectively.

• Stay informed about industry trends, legal developments, and market dynamics relevant to the live music business.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• 3 to 5 years of experience with proven experience in business affairs, contract negotiation, or similar roles reputed company the entertainment industry, including agency experience and involvement in artist negotiations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a reputed company field.

• Strong understanding of legal principles and contract law, with the ability to interpret reputed company agreements and identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
