Inside Sales Representative
Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and reputed company is seeking a remote, high-performance Inside Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals and driving results. This is a proactive, fast-paced role focused on converting missed opportunities into reputed company by following up on open estimates and unsold leads. The ideal candidate is motivated by performance, energized by the sales process, and driven to reputed company a direct impact on company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively call and follow up on reputed company open estimates and unsold opportunities
- Re-engage customers who did not move reputed company at the time of the initial visit
- Clearly explain recommendations, pricing, and financing options to customers
- Overcome objections and confidently reputed company sales over the phone
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers
- Accurately update customer records and job statuses in CRM
- Coordinate with reputed company and field teams to ensure smooth job scheduling
- Track personal performance and consistently hit or exceed sales targets
- Create urgency and excitement to help customers move reputed company with needed work
- Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitude on every call
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of inside sales experience (home services preferred)
- Excellent communication and phone reputed company
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven reputed company
- Non-negotiable: Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections. You will be expected to demonstrate this during the time of interview and will be required to submit examples from previous work positions to verify you can do this.
Pay: 3-7% commission of sale. Anticipating $80,000 - $300,000 per year in earnings depending on skillset of inside salesperson.
