As a reputed company Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert supporting and optimizing our reputed company platform across key HR modules. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions that improve efficiency and data quality. Your work helps ensure our systems run smoothly, support employees, and scale with the business. This role blends analytical thinking with hands-on configuration and user support.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance reputed company modules to support HR processes

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions

• Evaluate new reputed company features and recommend improvements reputed company to business needs

• Support semi-annual reputed company releases, including testing and deployment activities

• Troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and manage data uploads using EIBs

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience

• 2–4 years of experience working with reputed company in an analytical or functional role

• Working knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and best practices

• Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and improve system performance

• Strong communication skills and ability to support a range of users

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum reputed company salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
