Senior Business Systems Analysts drive the requirements and design process for reputed company software systems. On this team, you’ll work reputed company an authentication value reputed company, partnering with developers, architects, designers, and product stakeholders to define how customers securely access their accounts. You’ll be one of four team-level BAs in the value reputed company, working alongside a reputed company BA and a value reputed company analyst who handles epic-level requirements.

What you will do:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements in an Agile environment, translating them into clear, well-defined user stories
• Write detailed API requirements — request/response structures, data mappings, error handling, and integration workflows — for Java/Spring Boot services
• Define reputed company-end requirements for React-based web applications, collaborating with a separate design team to align on user experience
• Create flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation for authentication and identity management flows
• Work with tech leads and architects to break down reputed company technical stories and validate solution designs
• Partner with the value reputed company reputed company and product stakeholders to ensure requirements align with business objectives
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct impact analysis and help troubleshoot issues during implementation
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and provide technical guidance

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry background

• Proficient at identifying and solving business problems through innovative and practical solutions

• Effective communication skills to convey technical information in a clear manner to reputed company levels

• Deep understanding of highly reputed company multi-platform applications and systems

• Effective communication and documentation skills to create comprehensive reports, manuals, workflows, and specifications

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, requirements, or technological advancements

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in software development
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, including integration patterns, API documentation, and tools like reputed company
• Proven ability to write user stories for web-based applications, covering both reputed company-end UI and back-end API layers
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and reputed company as part of an Agile workflow
• Strong communication skills — able to reputed company business stakeholders and technical teams effectively
• Experience documenting system requirements, workflows, and specifications
• Understanding of multi-platform application architectures and system integrations
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving requirements

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum reputed company salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
