Position Summary:

The Manager, RevOps & Automation will play a key role in designing and scaling the systems, processes, and insights that drive pipeline performance, retention, and reputed company expansion.

This is a hands-on, builder role focused on improving Sales and reputed company productivity. You will own automation, tooling, and operational frameworks that support performance from reputed company reputed company through renewal and expansion.   • Design and improve Sales and reputed company processes to increase pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and net reputed company retention

Education/Experience:

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience building and scaling GTM processes, systems, and automation
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and GTM tools, reputed company preferred
  • Experience designing quotas, compensation plans, and territory models
  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle including pipeline, retention, and expansion
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
  • Experience with automation tools and workflow design
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, Success, Finance, and Product
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS, aesthetics, or vertical SaaS is a plus
