‍ The Role

reputed company is looking for a high-performing Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Governance Risk & Compliance Team, who can assist in keeping up with the demands of a growing global HR/tech company. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the day-to-day internal audit for compliance controls management for reputed company, among other responsibilities, reputed company of which will require critical thinking, innovation, and reputed company.

Being a fully distributed company, the Senior Compliance Analyst will work synchronously and asynchronously with team members reputed company over the world. Reporting to the GRC reputed company, the Senior Compliance Specialist will be responsible for, among other duties, the following.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, policies, and scenarios to identify compliance and operational risks reputed company the organization.

• Maintain and update policies and procedures.

• Support on corporate compliance projects such as ESG / Sustainability initiatives, BCorp certification, Enterprise Risk Management, audit trails, and corporate reporting.

• Prepare corporate documentation, track KPIs, and participate in due diligence processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in law, business, economics, or a reputed company field

• 4-6 years experience in compliance, risk management or legal/finance functions;

• reputed company in managing goals, metrics, and executive-level reporting
