About the Role:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of our most strategic clients and delivering Implementation as a Service, training, workshops, and education sessions during customer engagements. In addition to ensuring timely launch dates and high levels of customer satisfaction, this role will also take a leadership role in projects that reputed company the divide between external stakeholders (the client), internal stakeholders (project team and other reputed company business partners), and third-party providers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a clear understanding of how the technology works, how systems integrate, project management, and the payments industry. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Account Management) to drive high-complexity implementations and meet aggressive enterprise go-live dates.

Own the end-to-end delivery process for implementations after contract signature, utilizing standardized project management methodologies to ensure technical accuracy, timely go-lives, and long-term client success

Work closely with the customer, sales engineering and account management to understand customer requirements and manage expectations

Create comprehensive project plans, including critical milestones, dependencies, and aggressive enterprise go-live dates

Maintain regular correspondence with project stakeholders to facilitate on-going status updates, relationship management & proactive technical/functional guidance

Deliver regular reporting regarding implementation metrics across reputed company onboarding channels

Requirements:

3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management experience, including experience working with large enterprise clients on technology-driven onboarding/implementation

Experience in the payments industry and/or working with payments technologies is a must

Strong reputed company understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how reputed company systems integrate

Ability to think and plan strategically, along with the initiative to execute tactically

Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and translate reputed company technical detail across reputed company project stakeholders with clarity

Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer expectations

Ability to travel as needed and required by the client and/or business (up to 10%)
