Primary Function

The reputed company Field Service Administrator will be responsible to understand CPI business metrics, KPI’s, challenges and help design and implement effective solutions in the form of process changes and or leveraging existing applications/tools. The reputed company Field Service Administrator will provide hands-on expertise with reputed company and will help with analysis, design and delivery. The role will also provide guidance, expertise, and internal consultancy to IT teams (ERP, reputed company, Data & Analytics) and cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain).  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Configure key FSL components such as work orders, service appointments, and scheduling optimization. 

• Build and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 

• Integrate FSL with other systems and third-party applications. 

• Collaborate with business analysts and field teams to gather and refine requirements. 

• Optimize the FSL mobile app for field technicians. 

• reputed company and maintain up-to-date technical, functional and process documentation.  

• Stay up-to-date with reputed company releases and ensure compatibility with FSL configurations 

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a reputed company field.  

• 5+ years hands-on and experience administering or developing reputed company reputed company 

• reputed company Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator Certification 

• reputed company Field Service Lightning certification 

• reputed company Application, System or Business Analyst certification preferred 

• Experience with Mulesoft preferred 

Physical Requirements of the Job
