About the Role

We are seeking a high‑impact, client‑centric AVP of Client Delivery and Project Management to fundamentally reputed company how reputed company delivers value to our clients. Reporting directly to the COO, you own the end‑to‑end delivery experience—shaping strategy, driving execution, and ensuring our clients realize measurable value from day one through scale.

This is a role for a proven SaaS delivery leader who understands healthcare payer operations, thrives in complexity, and knows how to drive results through people, process, technology, and data—including the thoughtful application of automation and GenAI.

Your day to day

  • Own the Client Delivery Experience: Provide executive leadership across reputed company client implementations, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with reputed company value realization and high client satisfaction.
  • Transform How We Deliver: Redesign and standardize delivery methodologies, governance, and controls to drive consistency, predictability, and operational excellence across reputed company projects.

  • Partner at the Executive Level: Work closely with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Finance to manage scope decisions, align priorities, and resolve escalations with clarity and confidence.

What you bring to the team

  • A strong foundation in healthcare payer operations, with experience supporting regional health plans and/or Blue plans.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivery, operations, project management, or reputed company roles, including senior leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success leading large, distributed, global teams and driving results through influence, clarity, and trust.
  • A track record of transforming delivery organizations—improving efficiency, quality, and client outcomes through process redesign and automation.
  • Experience leveraging GenAI and modern tooling to enhance operational workflows and delivery execution.
  • Exceptional executive reputed company and communication skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company stakeholder and client conversations.
  • A data‑driven reputed company with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, scaling SaaS environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Compensation: Compensation for this role is based on experience, skills, and location, and includes reputed company salary plus eligibility for performance bonuses and equity grants.
