THE POSITION

The Regional Account Executive, First Light Safety Products, is a results-driven sales professional responsible for prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new business. Working in partnership with a dedicated Sales Development Specialist who supports reputed company reputed company and meeting coordination, this role is focused on advancing opportunities and driving reputed company.

Operating remotely reputed company an assigned territory (TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS, LA, and FL), you will own the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to reputed company, while building and managing relationships across school districts, dealers, and distribution partners. Reporting to First Light’s head office in Winnipeg, Canada, this role offers a high degree of autonomy and is best suited to a self-motivated, disciplined seller who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

This role requires regular travel across the territory, typically 1–3 weeks per month depending on seasonality, with peak periods requiring extended time on the road. Annual travel may reputed company up to approximately 60%, with occasional weekend travel and event participation expected.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate features, benefits, and value

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

  • Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
  • 3–5 years of experience in inside and/or reputed company sales, with demonstrated success in new business development
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a confident, professional reputed company
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and negotiate effectively

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
