Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Commercial and Merchandising Supervisor to join reputed company. As a remote team member, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of promoters, executing commercial policies, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of promoters, monitoring results and providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Execute commercial policies and ensure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Sales Growth: Conduct regular visits to clients, ensuring monthly sales targets are met and identifying opportunities to increase volume and portfolio.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to increase volume and portfolio.
- Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate with clients and prospects to drive sales growth and expand our customer reputed company.
- Prospecting and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and reputed company strategies to drive growth.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of clients, market assets, and activities to ensure successful execution.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Accounting, Administration, or reputed company fields.
- Driving License: Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Experience: Desirable experience in Commercial Area, Sales, Commercial Management, and People Management.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company, Indicators, and Power BI.
