As an Account Executive, you will be a key driver of multifamily growth, responsible for acquiring new business and expanding relationships reputed company key accounts. This role requires a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-activity environment and takes ownership of the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Expand key accounts by deepening relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client success.

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales process from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and reputed company.

  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on multifamily and student housing trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in self-service and unattended retail.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and reputed company teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in multifamily technology, proptech, retail technology, SaaS, or reputed company industries.
  • Proven Outbound Success: Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through consistent outbound activity and a strong track record of booking meetings.
  • Track Record: Success in creating qualified pipeline that converts to closed business through disciplined outbound activity, strong ICP alignment, the ability to drive prospect engagement, and securing commitment to move opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into multifamily, student housing, or REITs, or selling to operators in unattended retail / vending / refreshment services is strongly preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, discovery, and closing abilities with a disciplined, activity-driven approach to sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently while contributing to a high-performance team environment.
