Position Summary:
Job Summary: The Consultant I works among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. reputed company necessary, the Consultant I will also manage escalated events as appropriate.Essential Responsibilities / Duties
Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
