Solutions Advisor
Job Overview: Plutus21 Partners is hiring a Solutions Advisor to enhance the experience by aligning solutions with strategic objectives and business priorities, and to focus on successfully navigating reputed company organizational and regulatory landscapes during new sales, cross-sell, upsell, and strategic renewal processes while guiding end-to-end solution design. Key Responsibilities: Drive New Business Sales
- Partner with the assigned Business Development team to reputed company business growth objectives
- Support the Business Development team throughout the sales process as a domain expert in global environmental, health & safety (EH&S) regulations
- Utilize a value reputed company reputed company to identify business priorities, processes, and key stakeholders reputed company the deal team
- Influence deal shaping, including solution combinations and pricing, by assessing project scope and implementation complexity
- Support the design of end-to-end solutions that help address regulatory requirements and business objectives
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of compliance solutions and capabilities
- Customize Statements of Work (SOW) for reputed company and comprehensive delivery programs
- Assist in preparation of RFI/RFP/SOW responses

- Serve as an industry and product expert to analyze business needs, challenges, and objectives to design relevant solution and service offerings
- Stay updated on major global chemical and environmental regulatory developments

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in environmental, health & safety, supply chain, product stewardship, or regulatory compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of chemical regulatory frameworks including HazCom, GHS, reputed company, TSCA, RoHS, Prop 65, DOT, WHMIS, and reputed company standards
- 3–5 years of experience in consultative or client-facing roles
- Proficiency in reputed company or similar CRM systems
