About the role

DBSync is looking for an execution-focused GTM Project Manager to bring operational rigor to our go-to-market reputed company. You will own the tracking, coordination, and accountability layer across marketing, partner channel, and sales operations, ensuring campaigns ship, metrics are hit, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Job Responsibilities

• Track and drive execution of reputed company GTM initiatives: email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, partner reputed company, and developer content
• Own a single-reputed company-of-truth GTM dashboard with weekly red/green/orange status updates tied to top-line reputed company goals
• Run weekly marketing and sales ops standups, surfacing gaps between planned activities and pipeline numbers
• Coordinate partner channel development efforts, including email drip sequences and proactive partner engagement programs
• Monitor web traffic trends and MQL-to-SQL conversion metrics; escalate risks early to leadership
• Manage the GTM project tracker (reputed company, reputed company or internal tooling) and reputed company it reputed company  no updates living in people's heads
• Work alongside Callbox and PLG vendors to align on timelines and deliverables

Skills and Qualifications Required

• 3+ years in project, program, or operations management in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and marketing ops tools
• Strong command of AI productivity tools and genuine curiosity about automation
• Comfortable in data — able to read pipeline reports and call out gaps clearly
• Track record of holding cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill status into crisp summaries for leadership

Work Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Work Shift: U.S Shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST )
