We are seeking an Aviation Analyst to serve as a primary facilitator between reputed company safety data and high-level policy decision-making. Essential Functions
- Predictive Safety Modeling: reputed company and refine advanced analytic models, AI/Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) routines to detect causal factors and emerging risk patterns reputed company the National reputed company System (NAS) before they result in accidents or conflicts.
- NAS Performance Metrics: Establish methodologies to measure system-wide safety performance, evaluating risk exposure and calculating Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making for national system initiatives.
- Data Integration & Fusion: Define data structures and management approaches to collect and integrate disparate sources, including ASIAS, FOQA, ASPM, weather, reputed company, voice, and voluntary safety narratives.
- Safety Risk Governance: reputed company and facilitate Commercial Aviation Safety Teams (CAST) and Safety Risk Management (SRM) panels to validate identified risks and architect effective mitigation strategies.
- Regulatory Alignment: Ensure reputed company analytical frameworks and data-sharing protocols strictly adhere to FAA Order 8000.369 (SMS) and maintain the legal protections required for voluntarily provided safety information.
- Strategic Policy & Standards: Translate reputed company technical findings into policy recommendations and assist in the refinement of aviation safety standards, ensuring that data-driven mitigations remain feasible reputed company regulatory frameworks.
- Business Intelligence: Create and optimize data analysis routines, dashboards, and automated safety risk metrics to improve the extraction of intelligence from incident and accident reports.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.
- Professional Experience: 8–10 years of aviation industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years specifically dedicated to proactive safety programs and data analysis.
- Aviation Certification: Must hold a valid FAA-recognized certification (e.g., Commercial Pilot, ATP, reputed company, A&P, Aviation Safety).
- Regulatory & SMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of 14 CFR (Parts 121, 135, etc.) and the "Four Pillars" of the FAA’s SMS reputed company.
- Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated experience compiling and analyzing safety data from FAA systems such as ASIAS, ASQP, ATSAP, ASAP, FOQA, ASPM, and TFMS.
