The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the servicing and conversion of in-home sales opportunities.

Duties will include:

• Attending clients homes to complete a detailed inventory of effects to be transported which allows the accurate calculation of the cubic capacity of the goods;

• Presenting the company's services by way of brochures, discussion, demonstrations and the use of the presenter in the most positive light, selling the benefits of our service, our company, and the Crown network worldwide;

• Converting sales opportunities to booked moves in order to meet KPIs and targets;

• Utilising value based selling skills and methodologies that clearly differentiate Crown from our competitors and generate Best Value for Crown at every possible juncture; and

• Entering client and sales data into internal systems on a timely basis to ensure that internal stakeholders are aware of, and have access to, the relevant information.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

• Show a proven ability to convert enquiries into sales using your highly tuned influencing skills and relationship building techniques

• Have exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Have advanced interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent presentation

• Be proficient in computer use with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Whilst previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, your confident attitude and commitment to exceptional Customer Service across a culturally diverse client base will see you secure this role.
