Senior Network and Security Engineer

Requirements

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience working with Fortinet Security technologies
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust network and security architectures
• Skilled in architecting and resolving issues in environments featuring advanced routing complexities
• Expertise in designing, configuring, and migrating Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and wide area networking (both wired and wireless)
• Familiarity with leading platforms such as Aruba, HPE, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Cisco
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask across simultaneous projects, and meet deadlines
• Flexible, tenacious, highly self-motivated, and committed to achieving goals

Summary

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Solutions: Architect, configure, and deploy secure network infrastructures, including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and wide area communications (wired and wireless).
• Security Expertise: Lead projects involving Fortinet Security portfolio and other major platforms such as Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Cisco.
• Migration and Integration: Plan and execute migrations for network and security systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to assess requirements, propose tailored solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues, maintaining high availability and reliability.
• Documentation: Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and change management plans.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in ongoing training to maintain expertise in advanced networking and security solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experience.
