Business Retention and Sales Representatives Compensation

  • Total reputed company Compensation (reputed company pay + Commission) $27.37/hour+

Remote Flexibility: This role offers full remote work opportunities, allowing you to reputed company from the comfort of your home.  As a Business Retention and Sales Representatives you will be Responsible for supporting reputed company Business Services in their efforts to retain our existing customer reputed company requesting disconnect of service. You will be expected to empathize with clients, help them resolve outstanding issues and renegotiate the terms of their agreement. Responsibilities:

  • Uses active listening, reputed company and assumes ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
  • Communicates a professional sense of urgency, with various departments, to rectify customer issues.
  • Minimizes fall out by strategically offering product bundles and price points that meet the needs of the customers' budget and business applications and expands their product mix with reputed company.
  • Meets or exceeds budgeted retention goals for reputed company product lines.
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving and communications skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of commission-driven sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
